- Business context including ideal customer profile, growth goals, competitors, and challenges
- Any additional information you choose to include in optional form fields

We may also collect the following information automatically when you visit the Service:
- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Browser type and version
- Pages visited and time spent on the Service
- Referring website or URL
2.3 Payment information
Payment for the Service is processed by Stripe Inc. We do not collect or store your credit card or bank account details. All payment information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance standards.

We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver the LinkedIn company profile analysis report you have purchased
- Process and verify your payment via Stripe
- Send you a copy of your report or order confirmation where applicable

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

4.1 Anthropic (AI processing)
The profile information you submit is transmitted to Anthropic PBC to generate your AI-powered report using the Claude API. Anthropic processes this data in accordance with their privacy policy and API usage policies. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models by default. 4.2 Stripe (payment processing)

4.3 Netlify (hosting and infrastructure)
The Service is hosted on Netlify Inc. infrastructure. Netlify may process certain technical data (such as IP addresses and server logs) as part of hosting the Service. For more information, visit netlify.com/privacy.
We may also disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, or prevent harm.
5. Data Storage and Security
Report data and job status are temporarily stored in Netlify Blobs (cloud object storage) to facilitate delivery of your report. This data is stored in the United States and is retained only as long as necessary to deliver and support your report.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Profile data submitted for analysis is retained for a limited period to support delivery of your report and is then deleted or anonymised. Payment records are retained by Stripe in accordance with their data retention policies.
7. Your Rights
Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of personal information that is inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal obligations
