1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LinkedIn Company Profile Reviewer service ("Service") operated by Future State Ambition ABN 92 643 983 411 ("we", "us", "our") at linkedinreviewer.com.

By accessing the Service or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We recommend you read these Terms in full before purchasing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

2. The Service

The LinkedIn Company Profile Reviewer is an AI-powered analysis tool that reviews information you provide about your LinkedIn company profile and generates a written report ("Report"). The Report includes scores across seven categories, written analysis, and suggested improvements.

The quality and relevance of the Report depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. We are not responsible for Reports that are inaccurate, incomplete, or unhelpful as a result of inaccurate or incomplete input.

LinkedIn is a third-party platform owned by LinkedIn Corporation. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with LinkedIn or Microsoft. The Service analyses information you provide to us — we do not access your LinkedIn account directly.

3. Purchases and Payment

3.1 Pricing

The Service is provided on a per-report basis at the price displayed on the website at the time of purchase (currently A$39 AUD inclusive of GST). Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

3.2 Payment processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe Inc. We do not store your credit card or payment details. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service at stripe.com/au/legal.

3.3 GST

All prices are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. Future State Ambition is registered for GST in Australia.

3.4 One-time purchase

Each purchase entitles you to one Report for one LinkedIn company profile submission. There is no subscription and you will not be charged again unless you make a further purchase.

4. Delivery

Your Report is generated and delivered digitally within the Service immediately following successful payment. Report generation typically takes 60 to 120 seconds. In rare cases where generation fails, you will be notified and may request a refund or retry.

You are responsible for saving or printing your Report at the time of delivery. We do not guarantee indefinite storage of your Report and may delete Report data after a reasonable period.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Report for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase at info@futurestateambition.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to the original payment method via Stripe. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear to be abusive (for example, repeatedly purchasing and refunding the Service).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the Service to generate Reports for profiles you do not have authority to review
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Report without our written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI prompts or models
• Use automated means to access the Service or generate multiple Reports at scale
• Violate any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Report

Upon purchase and delivery of your Report, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Report for your own internal business purposes. You may share the Report within your organisation but may not publicly republish it without attribution.

7.2 Our intellectual property

All other content on the Service — including the website design, copy, blog articles, methodology, and software — is owned by or licensed to Future State Ambition and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any of this content without our prior written consent.

7.3 Your content

You retain ownership of the information you submit to generate your Report. By submitting it, you grant us a limited licence to process that information for the purpose of generating your Report and improving the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Report will be accurate, complete, or free from errors
• Acting on the Report's recommendations will achieve any particular business outcome
• The Service will be available without interruption or error
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

AI-generated content can contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting on the Report's recommendations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Future State Ambition's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Report giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

9.1 Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the Service, you are entitled to a refund. For minor failures, we are entitled to repair or replace the Service within a reasonable time.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party providers including Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI processing), and Netlify (hosting). Your use of the Service is subject to those providers' respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of any third-party provider.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or are using the Service in a way that is harmful to us, other users, or third parties. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.
